The posters should not be overloaded with secondary information. The language of the report is English.
General requirements for poster presentations
The main requirement for a poster presentation is clear and precise presentation of the key points of the research work. The posters should not be overloaded with secondary information
Poster size: recommended format is no more than A1, orientation is portrait (vertical). The title of the project should be at the top of the poster, printed in a straight font (size at least 48). The names of the authors and the PI, as well as the name of the institution where the work has been performed, are indicated below (recommended size is at least 36). The text containing the basic information should be printed in a straight font (size 18).
Recommended sections of the poster:
- Introduction (optional);
- relevance, goals and objectives of the work performed;
- research methodology;
- results;
- conclusions;
- references, acknowledgements (if necessary);
- information about the introduction of research results into the production sector, business, or scientific value of the results (if available)
- Recommended design: figures and tables should have titles. The format of figures, tables, the height of letters, the thickness of lines on graphs, etc. should make it possible to read the material from a distance of at least 2 m.
During the entire period of the poster session, at least one of the authors of the submitted report should be at his poster site and be ready to provide comprehensive information on the essence of the research performed. It is not allowed for one speaker to present two or more poster presentations at the same time.
Materials for review should be submitted to the Program Committee via the registration form on the conference website.
Posters can be submitted via the conference website starting from February 9, 2026. The deadline for submitting abstracts is August 3, 2026
